Special discounts and prices for SNAP, Medicaid, EBT, and low-income households — you've earned these.

📋 How to Qualify Most discounts require proof of enrollment in a qualifying program like SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, TANF, or WIC. You'll typically need your EBT card, a benefit letter, or an ID from your state benefits agency. Keep a photo of your benefit letter on your phone for easy access!

Immediate Help

You are not alone. Help is available right now, 24/7, free and confidential.

Shelter Tonight

If you have nowhere to sleep tonight — these hotlines can place you in a bed, tell you which shelters have space, or help you make a safe plan for the night.

While you wait — what to do right now

  • Bring what you have: ID, prescription medications, phone charger, and a small bag of essentials if you can.
  • Safe waiting spaces: hospital ER waiting rooms, 24-hour Walmart, gas stations, library if still open, police station parking lots.
  • Cold weather: warming centers open when temperatures drop below 32°F. Call 211 — they know which are open tonight near you.
  • Have a pet: many DV shelters now accept pets. The DV hotline above can help you find one that does.
  • If you're a youth (under 25): the runaway hotline above will help you find youth-specific shelter that doesn't notify family without your permission.
